Sign up now for the New York Road Runners Club’s Run for the Parks. Then encourage family and friends to support your run by making a donation.

• WHAT:

  A 4-mile race in support of TEAM

• WHEN:

  Sunday, April 5th at 8am (note: registration closes March 31st)

• WHERE:

  New York City’s Central Park (see official race website for details)

• WHY:

  To support TEAM Charter Schools as it grows to serve over 1,000 students next year and opens its first elementary school, SPARK Academy!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Click here to register online. You must register by 11:59 p.m on Tuesday, March 31. Your registration fee will support the City Parks Foundation.
2. Email Kathleen to confirm attendance and receive race day announcements.

HOW TO GET SPONSORED and RAISE FUNDS FOR TEAM: (suggested minimum = $100)

1. Tell your friends to donate in support of your run at www.teamschools.org/donate.
2. Have them forward their donation receipt with your name in the subject line to Kathleen so TEAM can keep track of your sponsors.
3. The person who raises the most donations earns a special TEAM t-shirt!

If you prefer to sit out the race and stand on the sidelines to cheer, please come out to support our runners!
